CREATIVE LICENSE

At Just Celebrate, we strive to fulfill customer preferences and requirements by following their provided recommendations, directions, and specifications to the best of our abilities. However, in order to maintain our high standards, we sometimes exercise creative freedom to ensure that each product leaving our shop is of the utmost quality. As all our items are handmade, they possess individual uniqueness. It is important to note that Just Celebrate cannot provide a guarantee of complete accuracy in terms of color matching, proportions, or composition.

LOCAL PICK-UP

Just Celebrate offers pick up of orders at 4127 NW 16th Blvd  during our open hours. All orders must be picked up on the date selected when placing your order. If, for some reason, you are unable to pick up your order on your pick-up date, please contact us at 1-352-681-1124 or email us at hello@justcelebratefl.com to discuss options. Orders not picked up on their pick up date are not eligible for a refund and a new order will need to be placed for a new pick up date. 

Please note: Once the cake leaves our shop, we are not responsible for what happens on the transportation journey. Please follow the transportation instructions and feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.

CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

All cancellation requests must be submitted a minimum of three business days prior to your scheduled pick up. Once preparation and baking has commenced, there are no refunds provided for cancellations or modifications. However, at its sole discretion, Just Celebrate may grant cancellation and/or full or partial refunds after orders are baked depending on circumstance. For order cancellation or modification requests, please contact our Customer Service Team by emailing just celebrate.fl@gmail.com or call us at 1-352-681-1124 immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, however, such requests may not be possible due to the order processing schedule. 

SPECIAL ORDERS AND LARGE QUANTITIES

For special orders and large quantities, please reach out to just celebrate.fl@gmail.com at least two weeks (14 days) prior to desired pick up date with the date you’d like your order for, quantities required, and desired flavors. Our team will provide you with the options we have available to best suit your needs. All special and large orders require a 50% deposit for reservations and are accepted on a first come, first served basis based on availability.
